This area of Midgar has a reputation for crime. Between the subversive activities of the terrorist group "AVALANCHE" and the mafia-syndicate run by Don Corneo in the adjacent slums, sector 6 is not the best place to be. Shin-Ra teams are regularly sent in to deal with the more petty criminals, and it is considered a good training ground for anyone with their eye on a position in The Turks or SOLDIER
